All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) if applicable, as of 1st August 2009. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
ABCOE are pleased to offer a free delivery service to customers subject to the following conditions.
Minimum spend of $200 for retail customers.
Delivery is available during business hours Monday-Friday to Sydney Metropolitan Area. Orders must be received prior to 3pm day prior for next business day delivery.
Please note ABCOE are unable to deliver frozen goods at this stage. Delivery of fresh / refrigerated products can be arranged to a limited area only. Please check with ABCOE staff prior to ordering.
Out of Stock Items
On occasion our suppliers are unable to supply us with a product and we are therefore unable to fulfil your order. If for any reason ABCOE are unable to despatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
Sales of Liquor
It is an offence under Australian law and the Liquor Acts stipulates that is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Liquor is available for delivery only through ABCOE Corporate, and you will be asked to show Proof of Age on receipt of these items. If your order contains liquor, someone over the age of 18 years must be present to accept the order and provide proof of age if requested; otherwise liquor items will have to be returned to the warehouse and a Re-delivery fee may be charged at the discretion of ABCOE.
ABCOE will provide you with a tax invoice specifying the total price for the goods and delivery fee at time of delivery.
Products Missing From an Order
If you have any products missing from your order, make sure you check the invoice to see if the product was marked as being out of stock, on back-order, or if it is not out of stock, to see if you were charged. Please phone ABCOE Customer Service to have any problems resolved.
Receipt of Goods
Anyone at the delivery address will be presumed by ABCOE to be authorised to receive the goods and a signature or name will be required. Proof of age may be requested if the order contains liquor and we may refuse delivery if the customer is unable to provide evidence of proof of age. If there is no one available to receive the goods, the driver will not leave the goods unless previously organised by the customer for him/her to do so. Orders containing liquor will not be left under any circumstance.
Point of Delivery
Due to health and safety concerns the ABCOE driver is not required to carry the delivery beyond the front door or reception area of the delivery address.
ABCOE reserve the right to refuse delivery at our discretion.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
Payment can be made by credit card via our secure site using Visa or Mastercard. When purchasing from ABCOE your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
